Okoli Michael Ekpereamaka fondly called Top-Notch is a thought leader, an educationist and founder Top-Notch Edu Hub.

Graduated with NCE in Mathematics/ Primary Education Studies(PES) from African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education Enugu (ATCOI COE)Completed his BSc.(hons) Education Mathematics at University of Calabar. He also furthered a study on Leadership at Bethel Leadership Institute (BLI) under the Leadership of The President Rev. Francis Udeh Jnr. He hails from Ndikelionwu in Orumba North LGA Anambra State. 

He is the third child and second son of a family of five Children. He used to be a classroom teacher before his Leadership course and personal development, he raised the bar to become a teacher trainer and an educational service provider.

His quest for difference in the education sector especially to the  teachers who nurture the learners led him to start up an educational service providing firm Top-Notch Edu Hub. 

Top-Notch Edu Hub is an educational service firm that provides professional teachers' training,school management course, school management software and website, the official organiser of The Brain Box Competition & Teachers' Hangout.

His message and belief is DIFFERENCE through his trainings and teachers' hangout he inspires teachers to be the best as designed by working with the mindset to create a DIFFERENCE, embrace change and try out new alternatives.

An author of  two books( Excellent Mind & Understanding Destiny) targeted to reach the young people with which he uses for his Teen coaching session tour IGNITE,  round secondary schools. He has hosted conferences and seminars, spoken to over 2000 teachers and 3000 pupils and students. 

He is passionate seeing people succeed. He loves God, a praiser and worshipper, also he is a  worker in church.
